Thank you for the article, Sparky. I have one of those interest only neg-am loans myself..(yes I know, stupid...) and the only thing that made it an ok thing to do was to know I would be reimbursed and even make a profit when I sell it sometime. After all, for two years in a row all the houses in the neighboorhood were going up 100,000 a year. Now I don't even know if I will end up breaking even when it comes time to sell. That'll teach me to leave my secure little (eeeww...too stuffy) condo that I practically owned.
